All of these things he was able to participate in after we moved to Kansas City.
All these things happened after I was fired from my position with Prison Fellowship in 2006.  It was one of the lowest points in my life.
I wrote Genesis 50:19-21 on a note card and taped it to my computer at my new job, "Don't you see, you planned evil against me but God used those same plans  for my good, as you see all around you right now—life for many people.."  That was Joseph talking to his brothers who had sold him into slavery...I didn't have it that bad, but it was not pleasant all the same.
Now we'll be heading for Cincy tomorrow.  I can't imagine any other outcome.
